Just some recent sketchin'....

....eh....

Just posting some recent stuff. The Sith lady I did for Art Jumble, they picked a Star Wars thread not even realizing it was the 30 year anniversary! Check out History channel , they have a very cool show about the myths and themes used in Star Wars.

..Before I forget.....

I posted this 'Gentleman' on Art Jumble on the heroes and villians thread. These guys were in one of the best single episodes of Buffy....and that's saying something......of course , in that ep, you could'nt say ANYthing......heh..........I'm such a geek.....

Red Sonja

I don't know why, but scantily clad females with swords are just fun to draw.....

Back when Vader was a bad bad man....

Yeah , back before Lucas made Vader a whiny cry-baby , he was a bad-ass ! Just doing some sketching and probably won't take this anywhere, but figured I might as well post it....

Cap and The Red Skull

Art Jumble has a heroes and villains thread this week, so anybody who knows me ( all two of you) has to know I was going to put these two up there.

doodle page

This is some stuff I did at work....no post-its were around so I just started using this....something about blue pencil on a regular 81/2 by 11 office paper .....

Pirate

Another sketch for Art Jumble.......I really need to start jotting some notes down or something...I never really say anything here......

yay! more sketchin'

a random sketchbook page and my King Kong pic for art jumble. Kong still needs some fixes( looks like he's closer than the T-rex) so I might re-post after some tweaking.....

Eddie Lives !

Posted this on Art Jumble, figured while I'm here.....this is about the 1,000th Eddie I have drawn in my lifetime. Back in the day , it was mandatory that all Heavy Metal fans with an ounce of drawing skill have this guy all over your folders , books , clothing, and just about anywhere else one could think. I even made an album cover in art class with him burning down my school.....heh...those were the days...:)

April already?

couple more from the sketchbook...

Angry drinking monkey

Did this for art jumble and figured I'd get a two fer' and post here ...I'm lazy like that......

Sketchin' with Harper

Been doing some sketching with very talented Harper Jaten. I have always enjoyed drawing with him , not only because he pushes me to draw a wider variety of subjects ( left to my own devices ,I would only draw barbarians and chicks with swords) but the man is extremely funny . Just click on his link and read his review of Sword, even if you don't dig that kind of music , his review is just brilliant!

Oh , and I was actually pretty happy with that Thing ,usually don't draw him too well.....

Sexy!

Hot ! .....'nuff said.....

Wimmin!

Some more lady sketches ...woohoo!

no comments , just some more stuff from the sketchbook ...

more sketches...

Just some more sketchbook , been busy with work related stuff so have'nt been sketchin' the usual barbarians and scantily clad females....will resume ASAP..

sketchbook

Ok, more sketch pages .................that's pretty much it , nothing really to say....

wow. A Captain America drawing...again...

I don't think this character has been portrayed too well lately (coughCivilWarcough!) but the regular title has been very good, so if you like that kind of stuff , go pick up an issue , you won't be disappointed....

Hello , it's me again...

Yeah , the Black Panther is pretty much the same shot as an earlier post of Power man. Something about it was bothering me so I redrew the pose , changed some things and next thing I knew there was BP ....

I also posted a different interpretation of the earlier John Carter pic. This is right out of the sketch book and very rough , but I might work it into something.....or just add it to my long list of procrastinated projects....
