Black and white

Well I thought I'd try some brush work...been a while . Was never too good at inking but the rough stuff in a sketchbook is much easier.

Snake-Eyes!

Just some more sketchbook stuff. Was this guy not the coolest GI Joe character ever ? I was lucky enough to pick up the silent issue back when I was a kid , it was so friggin' cool ! Snake-eyes rescuing Scarlett from Cobra . No words. Just him fighting guards and Ninja's ( back when they were still cool ) . Not sure how it holds up today , but back in '83-'84 , this one one of the best issues ever !!

This is just a rough for a pic I hope to finish soon . Been on a real Conan kick lately , just loved the comics and novels when I was a kid. ..Those Frazetta covers were'nt too shabby ,either...
